My daughter has been attending the drama lessons for a few years now, and she loves them! The teachers are wonderful and help her build confidence while having fun. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing drama club. My daughter has been going for over three years and still loves every single session. The children play games, do activities, perform mini plays and full shows to improve confidence, acting and social skills. Andréa is just the most wonderful person and my daughter loves her. Would definitely recommend!
My son has just started at drama kids and already we have had the warmest welcome from Andrea and he came away from his first class bubbling over with excitement and telling me how much enjoyment he’d had in the class. I am already impressed with the care that is given and the inclusion to ensure the children feel welcome and happy. I think he’s going to really flourish in Andrea’s setting and that she will help him shine.
Wow! Drama Kids is a fantastic extra-curricular activity club. The friendly staff welcome the children every session. It is very well organised with communication via Andrèa. My daughter is now confident and has become much more expressive of her imagination and speaking out. The drama shows are brilliant, with yearly celebrations and award ceremonies. The group Christmas trips out also are great.
My children both absolutely love Helen O’Grady Drama Academy (so much so they are both in their 9th year). I can’t recommend Andrea (Principle) and Bec enough - they are both amazing, the atmosphere is friendly, supportive, safe and most importantly fun. The academy has provided so much more than drama classes over the years for my children, it’s not just acting and performing (although it’s wonderful to watch your children perform at the end of the year), it’s provided a network of friends and also boosted self confidence and esteem. If you are deciding if this academy is for you my advice just go for it as your children will love it.
My Daughter joined last October when she was 5 I cant describe the confidence she has grown since joining. She did her first show in July on stage infront of an audience and we couldn’t believe how well all the children did. Her teacher Bec is absolutely brilliant with her , my daughter has made lots of Friends and looks forward to going every week. Her head teacher Andr’ea is also brilliant, if I have any questions Andr’ea will always reply straight away and will go above and beyond to help with anything. Drama is my daughters favourite activity of the week.
