   I've had 5 distance sessions with Kendal over the course of 2022. The experience from the sessions has become more profound each time. I feel like I may have been supressing emotions for some time, and doing these sessions helped me realise and address this. The peace and emotional clarity after is absolutley amazing, this is coming from someone that meditates at least twice a day and has done for years. You get a full report on your chakras after and it's always lovely to read. Kendal is emotionally supportive to your needs and what you're wanting to accomplish from the session. I hope to have a session monthly with Kendal, it's well worth it.

   With it being something i’ve never done before, i was feeling weary, Kendal ensured i was comfortable and understood what was happening. i enjoyed the educational side of it too, Kendal helped me understand what Reiki was and all you need to know about the crystals used. wouldn’t want to go anywhere else and would recommend to everyone i know. Reiki it’s self is something you cannot put into words until you experience it yourself, and is well worth your time.

   My reiki experience with Kendal was nothing short of incredible. I felt the healing energy on each area that she focused on, and I felt extremely relaxed by the end of the session.
