This service is shocking, they have cut me out of my son's life. I've not even been informed of meetings or even received any written information. My son was doing amazing before he went here, they don't understand or communicate with him properly, they don't take any advice given from me. They have taken his coping strategies. My son has informed me today that all the things his brother dropped off on Friday have not been given to him. I would not recommend this service and I don't feel that they are a specialist Autism provider. The service are not providing pscycology and his physical health needs are not being met. If I could give zero stars I would.
