Staff doesn't know anything to guides the parent what's right or wrong.. Clare (staff) made a disaster and misguided me due to that my little one couldn't make his pre School session. I am in depressed for a whole week by kept thinking what she done. My little one turn 2 in June2025 and I went there for his childcare and Clare said we are very busy for the paperwork so, Come back on the 2nd of September when we start the session and will do all paperwork there and then but on 2nd Sept she goes as we didn't do paperwork before 31st of August we cant have him on till January 2026. and she didn't even apologies to us and keep misguided and given false hope we will sort it. Not Happy
