   I first visited Equilibrium in 2018 & had few more visits. After one of the sessions, I jokingly said that, I did not want to go because the massage was so good. She replied back cheekily saying no way, I don’t want you. I went for another session and I was the last client for the day. She admitted me to the room. I noticed that the paper sheet on massage table was not changed. I did not say a word but stand. She asked me to get on the bed. I looked at her & then looked at the bed. She then say “oh, the bed” She then change it before starting. While I lay on the massage table, face down, I noticed that the floor was very dusty & it seems the room is not clean daily.

   Sarah was amazing. I struggled to walk into the consulting room, however, I walked out feeling an enormous amount of relief in my lower back area after Sarah performed a deep massage. Thank you so much.

   Having struggled to find a good massage locally, I was delighted to be able to secure an appointment with Sarah at Equilibrium Massage. Sarah did a thorough analysis of my medical history before starting any work. At my first appointment, my back and shoulders were in pretty poor state, but after an hour, Sarah had successfully relieved a lot of my aches and pains. Still some way to go, but I would highly recommend Sarah's work.

   Have had a few consultations now with Sarah ,finding the level of treatment excellent, friendly , professional and really feeling a benefit in shifting a previous bad back injury (herniated disc(s) ). Will be definitely be using Sarah as my primary treatment and pain management for my back . Would recommend to anyone without hesitation : A+++++
