   Absolutely would recommend bromsgrove dog beautician’s. Very friendly service and had so much patience with my dog Bella who’s 5 years old and her first time being fully groomed. I informed them the first time I had taken her in 2021 to a different groomers, I had to collect her as they wouldn’t finish her due to her being a little aggressive at times. Bella has come out smelly beautiful and her coat looks amazing. 10/10 service!

   My KC Cavalier was not too sure the first time I left her here. The second time she knew what was to happen and was so excited/happy. Both times she came away looking magnificent. Lovely people who obviously know and love dogs. I wont be taking her anywhere else

   I have a very difficult rescue dog who hates other dogs and the whole grooming process, kirsty has always accommodated my request to have first/last appointment. Her and her staff's patience with lola is remarkable, they have never rushed her and always goes at a pace she can cope with, even last thing in the evening. I'm always very happy with her coat when we leave, I will ONLY go to kirsty's as the care and attention they give is second to none.
