Absolutely excellent time here today for my daughter's birthday present. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The Co-Pilot was superb and he took the time to fully explain all the dials and controls etc. I would highly recommend this place.
What an experience. Had a flight simulation experience today and it was absolutely fantastic. Dave and Olivia were great, they were very knowledgeable and explained things so clearly, they were also really patient with me. I would highly recommend this for anyone and I'll definitely be going back for more
Visited today for the experience and I have to say it is absolutely incredible. My Wife purchased this for my birthday as I have a fear of flying but from start to finish it was unbelievable. Mark was so friendly and as an ex pilot his knowledge was fantastic. It was so realistic, I took controls on take off and landing in the 737 and it has definitely helped me with my knowledge of flying. I would highly recommend this experience for certain and I’ve already started looking to book my second experience it was that good
I used the Airbus flight simulator yesterday. Best day out. It exceeded expectation. Soon as I walked in I was met with a friendly smile from the man who booked us in. I had a pilot wish I remember his name but he was absolutely spot on at teaching and making the experience a great one. He helped put my mind at ease for my fear of flying and lots of encouragement. They were both very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We had a good chat about flying at the end also. I took off from Manchester and landed in Glasgow and was shown an example of an emergency situation. I would definitely recommend and I'll be back myself!
The staff are very friendly and Pete went above and beyond to provide a good flight experience for my son. We were also allowed in as passengers and we sat in the cockpit too. My son learnt a lot and is looking forward to his next visit.
This was an excellent surprise from my children to put me in a flight simulator and fly an A320 What made the experience so good was the instructors he was excellent, in the way he explained everything first then talked me through the practical application his timings were spot on, time to explain, ask questions, and apply the information practically. Would definitely recommend it, and I would like to go back and have a go of the helicopter simulator Excellent 5 star experience
Absolutely fantastic experience! I was guided through the whole procedure of flying a Boeing 737 from Manchester to Belfast by an extremely professional pilot who answered all questions posed to him by myself and my family. My view of flying commercial flights has been massively broadened and I would love to have many more flights. Can't recommend Deeside Flight Simulators enough!
Did the A320 experience and it was brilliant, 45 minutes spent doing a taxi, takeoff from Manchester then a flight circuit over Liverpool to Blackpool before looping back to Manchester for a landing. Got the chance to experience some emergency procedures before landing. Overall a fantastic time and I plan to go back for more.
Wow, what an amazing experience!! My son took to the skies in the Boeing 737 and it was perfect from start to finish. The instructor was awesome, so calming and professional. Angela was absolutely amazing and the customer service is out of this world. Cannot recommend Deeside flight simulators highly enough and my son cannot wait to return. Thank you so much x
