Wow what a difference after just 1 visit, so knowledgeable and caring, got me in at short notice, asked what the problem was, checked me over completely then did her magic, I went in struggling to move my neck and shoulders and came out with full movement and no pain.
I went to see Jo after feeling pains on different parts of my body. She is so good with diagnosing and massaging my pain points. Her treatment room is so clean and cosy I could easily fall asleep in there. I am going to start going there regularly because I felt so much better after just one treatment, but I know I can benefit more by going regularly.

I can not recommend Jo at Serenity Zen enough! I was having a problem with my shoulder, I could not lift my arm properly and it was affecting my job. On my first appointment with Jo, she completed a thorough assessment of my problem and history, then carried out the treatment needed. It really helped and I now go for regular treatments to maintain this and any other problems. Jo of Serenity Zen is a very professional, knowledgeable and accomplished therapist. Her treatment room is relaxing and Jo makes you feel calm and at ease during the treatment. I’ve been going to her for monthly treatments for about 4 years and would highly recommend her.
