   Would not recommend at all !! They had a week to search my online banking plus everything they needed, then they got me in spent another 3 hours sat inside. They have said it’s approved I’ve signed all the paperwork and then they have said it will be in my bank today, next thing they have called me again saying where this from that from searching my online banking again like I was getting a mortgage lol. After all this stress they have said unfortunately I can’t get the loan bear in mind I was approved. They will call you every day saying the same things , they make your credit file worse aswell. They are unprofessional like some kind of scammers. They take like 70%APR People don’t go with them and if you do ask on every single thing because they talk lot of rubbish!!!

   Really poor service. Took 6 weeks and there was still no response from them, I had to ring up to chase the application up constantly. They also rely too much on a computer to say yes or no rather than having a human underwriter look at it. Poor

   I saw debbie from the leeds branch, she explained everything clearly and always checked if i understood everything. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. The Apr is high but if you have poor credit what do you expect! I would recommend to anyone and thank you for all your help debbie
