   Don't do it this company will hound you from start to finish my payment date is 27th month a week before then they send daily e mails and texts to remind your payments due then on 26 tried to take payment I woke up to numerous e mails and texts tried e mailing two different contacts a No response then on 27th sent me a default notice after I paid still receiving numerous messages when I called to complain staff said it was an automated message cant do anything about it. just to add I have never missed a payment

   They are what they are, a short term loans company, yes the interest is a bit high but its clearly stated in the terms. I ended up overpaying and the same day they got in touch asking for bank details to issue the refund , two days later the refund was received.

   Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! I was a couple of days late with a repayment due to a death in the family which they were advised of as they were told the final payment would be made and when. They denied receiving my payment, ignored the fact I'm dealing with a loss in the family, they continued to hound me numerous times a day by phone and email and even after the second payment has been made closing the account they think they are adding £134 to the total. Steer well clear of this lot
