absolutely rubbish company no compassion and they talk you into taking loans out more than what you can afford, when I became disabled they agreed a new payment plan but because it was less than the original repayment it went against my credit rating as they put it down as misses even though I was paying monthly, I've seem more compassion in a brick,I could understand it more if I just didn't pay it and ignored them I am now going through the channels to complain about the fact that they are one of the companies that pressured customers into higher loans
