   After our property sale fell through, we looked into getting a bridging loan so we wouldn’t lose our purchase. Kundan at The Right Loan was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She explained everything so thoroughly, the process, the fees, and what to expect and reassured me throughout that if at any point we decided not to go ahead, that was completely fine and there would be no charge. In the end, after everything had been organised, we decided that the loan wasn’t the right option for us and chose to stop the process. Kundan was so kind and understanding, even though she had already spent a lot of time and effort helping us. She told us to always do what’s best for our situation, which really meant a lot. We’d also been messed around by the surveyors with a missed appointment, and Kundan even contacted them on our behalf to try to get a refund, something that brought her no benefit at all. I even offered (and insisted!) to pay a fee for their time, but both Kundan and her manager, Sam, politely declined. This really is customer service at its best, genuine, honest, and client focused. I can’t recommend The Right Loan enough and will definitely be using their other services again in the future.

Hence I advised it would be cheaper and better to obtain a 12 month second charge at this time.
