I was a first time buyer and pretty clueless to any part of the buying process (especially mortgages), and was pretty nervous to start looking for mortgages. I had Sam Rudd as my adviser and he was absolutely fantastic with everything, absolutely faultless and highly knowledgable. He was very informative and thorough with every step of the process, and took time to clearly explain and help me through it. He was very proactive in contacting me and getting things done, and didn’t hesitate to help with any questions I had. He managed to get me a mortgage deal much better than anything I could find myself and presented me with many mortgage options and valuable advice to help me decide what was best for me, and overall got me more extra money in my mortgage than their services cost. As first time buyers, we had found our dream home but we were struggling to find a reasonable mortgage with our banks due to my partner being on a fixed term contract. Sam went above and beyond to find us a mortgage that worked for us, and so quickly that we were able to secure our dream home, and it’s all thanks to him!!
