I called several times, voicemail left, text and WhatsApp but not a single response. If that's the quality and level of customer care I've probably dodged a bullet here. Hard to recommend when they clearly can't be bothered.
Gosia always gives my dog an excellent groom - been using her for years. She is kind and gentle with the dogs and very skilled - and her prices are reasonable. Unreservedly recommended:)

First time visit today, absolutely lovely groomers, relaxed and friendly from start to finish, had no worries leaving Humphrey with Gosia.Was lovely to go and collect him to find him happy as anything mooching in the garden fresh from his groom. Would recommend to everyone.
I take my mini schnauzer to Gosia. It’s easy to get to and she takes excellent care of Smokie. I’ve been going to k-9 grooming for a while and I can’t recommend this place any more. Gosia is AMAZING at her job and it shows through her work!
Gosia was fantastic with our German Shepherd. She looked and smelt lovely when we picked her up! Even had her ears cleaned and have stayed clean too. This is the longest our shepherd has looked good after a groom! Will definately be returning and definitely recommend! Thank you Gosia for looking after our girl so well!
