   There should be more stars than just 5 !! I cannot compliment Keeley enough for her service and help. From initial contact she's very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Ours wasn't very straightforward case but she managed to present all available options in a very clear manner and she did her absolute best to make sure we are happy with our offer. After receiving an offer she kept in touch to make sure we are on track with expiry date. She even contacted our solicitors to help us speed things up! Keeley is very calm and friendly. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised into making any decisions and we had that feeling that she really wants the best possible outcome for us. Not to mention patience she had for our countless questions and doubts! Once our fixed rate are due to expire we will be definitely back to KH Mortgages for another professional and friendly advice.    Could not recommend KH Mortgages enough! Keeley was amazing and was able to talk directly to our lender which cut the application process down from the usual 3 weeks to 1 day! We even had the issue that our mortgage offer timeframe was running out as we were in a big chain and Keeley was able to sort with our lender quickly and efficiently. The updated offer was accepted the same day and took away all the stress. Would definitely use again and have recommend KH Mortgages to friends & family who have had similar great experiences.
