   Fantastic groomers! Have taken my two here for a couple of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My two get so excited when they realise where they’re going and Steph is always so kind and caring. She and her team are so talented and their grooming is always spot on and their cuts so precise. I like also how knowledgable they are and helpful with advice. Highly recommend.

   Steph and the team always do an amazing job with my cavapoo, Obi! He has been going there since he was a pup and wouldn’t take him anywhere else! The cut is absolutely perfect every time and keeps him looking and smelling fresh for ages. You can tell they really care about the dogs they groom. Friendly, professional, and just genuinely lovely people. Highly recommend!

   Disappointed. First visit approx 1 year ago was good but second visit recently was very poor. Owner was obviously having a bad day and stressed when she came in to work with her baby. I felt dismissed and didn’t feel she was listening and she did not reassure my nervous dog. I counted at least six dogs in the salon at the same time with only two staff ( I sat outside). The groom was poor, you can see the trimmer marks all over and there’s no coherent shape. My dogs tail looks like a ridiculously uneven Pom Pom ( she’s a cocker collie cross not a Cocker poo!) I appreciate the owner was potentially having a bad day ( I can empathise, we all have them) but I’d rather she had cancelled if she was stressed and over booked, rather than provide poor service. I won’t be going back

   We have been using Paws for Elegance for around 7 years. The staff are always so friendly and happy when they great us. My dog is always happy to go in and get lots of fuss. He always comes out looking so much better after they get lots of his fur out for me. Reliable and good price.

   Can't speak highly enough of Paws for Elegance. Steph and her team are super friendly, ultra professional and damned good at their job. Bookings are always well managed by the team. It really is a pleasure. Our OES Freya enjoys her visits, as did our previous OES Klaus. When the pooches enjoy their visits it says it all. If you're after a top notch, friendly, efficient groomer for your furry friend then look no further.

   From start to finish a pleasure to deal with... My Hound Nijinsky is my first long haired Hound and Steph took the time to talk me through the process. I put my Hound in her hands and asked her to wash and trim her as she thought appropriate.. I was absolutely delighted with the results. Plus Nijinsky was calm, happy and relaxed when I collected her, she had obviously been handled kindly. Steph also talked me through how to provide ongoing grooming care to Nijinsky and I have booked in again with her .. Cannot recommend highly enough!

   Took our Cavalier King Charles here today for the first time and I’m so pleased with how they groomed him. Ordinarily I ask for a tidy up with other groomers and he comes home shaved. Thank you for a very professional job and thank you for making Montie look handsome again.
