   Kevin has been our mortgage advisor for quite a few years now while we were trying to find a suitable property to buy. He's always been super supportive throughout the whole process and kept reassuring us even when we wanted to give up. Covid years were very challenging with property prices being so high, but Kevin kept the positive attitude and we finally managed to buy a beautiful property which met all of our needs. He was always quick to reply to emails and went an extra mile answering all of our questions. Laura was also brilliant and would always reply to emails when Kevin was not in the office or busy with other clients. Our case was not straightforward, with one of us being self employed, but Kevin and Laura gave their absolute best to meet our needs. We never felt pressured to make a decision quickly and were always given a chance to ask as many questions as we liked. Also, their prices are really reasonable and you can tell they enjoy helping people and are not driven by the comission. We would definitely recommend Response Mortgages and especially Kevin and Laura and we'll definitely use their services again.

   We’ve always received first class service from Response Mortgages. Kevin & Josh kept us informed throughout the whole process of our house purchase. The rates dropped a couple of times before we exchanged and they made sure we were always on the best product - they even managed to change our deal two days before we exchanged! We can’t thank them enough for their help and would highly recommend them.

   The team at response mortgages have been amazing throughout the whole process when we were buying our first home! Kay has been outstanding, she has been friendly and supportive, has always kept us up to date with where we were and has been there every step of the way to us now being settled in our home. Zoe has been great too, regularly emailing to check in to see if we needed anything and keeping us updated with any progress. Overall, the company has been 10/10, there is nothing they could do better! Great value, great service!
