Lovely place . Coffee shop as well, great place for walking. There is a place with Deers which you can feed ! Few child and baby swings for the kids .

Lovely place, definitely worth a visit. The deers themselves are located adjacent to the visitor centre (where there is a cafe and toilets). The deer were friendly and beautiful to watch. There is a lot of stunning scenery to witness if you fancy a nice walk too. The only downside is the car park was pay and display, however, as the park is free to visit, paying seems fair, helps toward the upkeep of the park. The facilities were very clean and the staff inside the cafe were very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely country park easily accessible from the M25 or from Brentwood or Romford. The parking is pay and display with the machines accepting contactless payment. There is toilets and a cafe on site. It has a lovely Deer enclosure with little tubes to roll carrots down etc to feed them. There is also a beautiful lake with ducks and geese to feed. Bring plenty of animal goodies but you can buy some from the cafe. This park is excellent for families with younger kids as it has plenty of swings, slides and adventure things for them to climb on and explore, it is also lovely for anyone just wanting to enjoy a stroll or a hike, it's so picturesque, visit summer, winter or autumn it's always nice.

Lovely open space with the woods, play area large duck pond and the Deer Enclosure. The Deer are close enough to see and feed at feeding chutes.

I found it hard to belive that a place as this is not better feature, advertised or presented. I got lost trying to find a place around Essex where I could see more then a duck or a goose. I was actually passing up around the lakes in the park where the enclosure is situated, and found a map pointing to a "deer place". I am still amazed and happy to see the cheerful deers runing up and down freely in that spacious enclosure. I came back again with a bag of carrots. I deeply recommend walking around the park for relaxation and enjoying the deers.
