I had my little boy here for just over a month and there was numerous times he come home soaking wet. There was not much of handover when picking up. There was also an incident where he bumped his head and on arrival of me picking him up they asked if it was done at home because he didn't indicate he had hurt him self if they knew the child they would no he is autistic and does not always indicate when hurting him self. I had no phone call about his bump and when I questioned it they told me it was first day back and was just a hectic morning. He had a temperature and asked me to pick him up. I took him straight to the walk in where the nurses took his shoes off for examination and his socks shoes and feet were soaking wet. I then raised more concerns where I felt like I was being disregarded and made to feel like he had got wet after being picked up when he got straight into the car and went to the walk in. I made the decision to take him out and I'm still awaiting on a call back regarding his funding being transfer over and also on how to start the process of making a complaint. I do not recomend this nursery as a parent you want to feel like your being listened to and that your child's needs are being met and I did not feel that here. They should be changing there nappy regardless not sending them home in the same one you sent them in.

The nursery is great so this review is in no way connected to that side. As for the children's centre and the majority of the early help team, I would like to state that they are the most judgemental self-righteous busy bodies I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. The manager of the early help team is perhaps one of the rudest professionals I have ever dealt with. If you want to be treated like something she stepped in then give her a call. My advice is to avoid this Children's Centre like they did the plague in the 1800s.

I went in and asked. But this place is not in any way associated with the University of Cambridge.
