Just popped into Just for Pets in Kidderminster and not for the first time I heard a pet sounding uncomfortable/distressed. This time I decided to take a look and saw a young woman roughly handling a tiny dog as she was drying/grooming it. Not sure what breed, maybe Pekingese, it has long white fur with a flat nose. I don’t know if it was this dog or another that was making the noise, but this little one wasn’t misbehaving in any way. It made he upset to see how roughly she handled him/her, very unnecessary and unkind. I would never entrust this company with my dog.

Have been going here for a number of years with different dogs. Scruffy my latest has been here a few times. I'm absolutely delighted and always pleased at the professional and friendly results that i get every time. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. Perfect every time. Thank you

My Cocker Spaniel Lottie has been going to Maria and her team for years. The staff are exceptionally friendly to myself and Lottie which makes her feel at ease. Whatever cut I ask for it's always done perfectly. Pricing is very reasonable for the service you get. Would highly recommend K9 Kuts to anyone.
No all that pleased . Staff were lovely but my dogs has ended up with all sorts of lengths of hair, The back of her legs looks like the clippers has run in a straight line leaving either side longer, unsure whats go on with her belly and her whiskers got cut! Yet her head was not trimmed. A women did offer for us to go back down and it be sorted but to be honest I fail to see what could have been done.
