Visited today for first time really pleased, time taken to get cut right, talked to and put dog at ease. Have booked for next cut.
I took my four month old puppy to have a pamper. He looked amazing when I picked him up, I almost didn't recognise him. The owner really has this down. He is fantastic with the doggies and you can see that it is not just business, but that he really cares for your pet. Plus great value for money and lots of good advice Very refreshing. Thanks so much.
Avoid these people. Our Springer went recently (Sept 2019) and came back with a very poor trim and in places was taken down to the skin. He was sore and the experience left him disturbed and unusually nervous. I spoke with the owner the next day she apologised and arranged to see the dog within 2 working days with a view to refunding the fee and trying to improve the trim. She never got in touch and subsequently failed to respond to a further email. Give these people a swerve!!!
They done a great job on our dog . It was her first time and she is quite a nervous dog but they really know what they are doing . She came out looking good and her tail wagging . All in all a great service at a great price .
