   Would recommend to anyone with an open mind, who needs help managing their mind! Owen is a class act, very knowledgeable, skilled at his craft, and a great guy too! His sessions are insightful, effective and fantastically relaxing. If you have any preconceptions of being made to walk around clucking like a chicken, then just have a word with yourself haha! (Believe it or not a few people have asked me about that). This is simply therapy, with a focus on the 'mysteries' of the subconscious mind - really good therapy.    I have been seeing Owen weekly for 8 weeks now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came to Owen with high anxiety, regular panic attacks, and a significant lack of confidence in myself. 8 weeks later and my average mood has increased from 4/10, to 7.5/10, I haven’t had a panic attack in weeks and have a much stronger belief that am an enough. Owen’s sessions have helped me reframe my perspective on uncertainty and shift to a more positive mindset. My confidence is the highest it’s ever been and I am able to now say I’m proud of the person I am.    Owen has blown (or rewired) my brain…In just 8 sessions I’m a totally different person. I’ve spent a fortune on therapy since having a breakdown a few years back and while the other therapies were useful in calming my anxiety and depression I was still cycling back to negative, destructive thoughts, as I had been doing since I was very young. Like millions of others I was stuck in a neurological pathway that hadn’t been helpful since childhood! I can now think clearly and calmly and have every faith in my ability to deal with anything the universe throws at me. I really can’t recommend Owen highly enough. Not only is he practicing the most direct and useful way of helping long term mental health (in my opinion) he is also a thoroughly decent and nice person. I am a totally different person thanks to Owen. Don’t hesitate to contact him if you’re struggling to break free from old and unhelpful habits. Just do it!
