A very good service. Although doing something like this is quite daunting I always felt I was in safe hands and that I was being all the information I needed to make informed decisions. They were very thorough, efficient and courteous. They were also very fexible when we changed the amount we required. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only very slight critisism I would have is that a couple of the voice mails were not particularly audible. This is not enough to change my overall score from a 5.

We found the process easy and swift, the advice helpful and unbiased by very personable people that gave us plenty of time to reflect and discuss with family. Good too that a charity benefited. The money has been released and is improving our lives and property. Cannot recommend too highly.
