   As first time buyers we were at a loss and really knew nothing about the process of buying a property. Steven made the entire process manageable, easy to follow and answered all of our questions at an amzing price that was only transfered when we had Keys to the property. Steven was polite and kind and took the time to ensure we understood what the next steps would be. From the start and getting us a mortgage in principle, to finding us a solicitor and setting up our life insurance policy, Stevens services went above and beyond what we had hoped for. We shall definitely be using Mortgageco and Steven again in the future and we cannot thank him enough.

   Highly recommend Steven! Ten out of ten! He was great for myself and my partner who are both self employed and knew the best way to tackle getting a mortgage because of this. He is very knowledgable at what he does while also bringing his great personality to the mortgage finding experience. We got to know Steven well over the last two years of fallen through houses (none of Stevens fault) and he was there with us every step of the way with obstacles we had to tackle. Very easy to contact and always willing to help as best he can. Thanks again Steven, can’t recommend you enough!

   Steven has been brilliant throughout the process! As first time buyers - we obviously knew very little about the entire process - but he was brilliant in helping us to understand everything. Nothing was too much trouble and he always answered our queries within 15-20 minutes. It was a purely end to end process, where he offered advice, recommended solicitors, and even checked our home buyers survey! If you are buying your first home (or even if it is not your first!) then I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough! Steven, thank you so much!

   What an unbelievable experience with Steven as my broker. The most efficient and patient person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Although the completion took over 12 months at no fault to Steven he kept me informed throughout, provided amazing options and suggestions and could not have exceeded my expectations as he did. The process was easy and not nearly as time consuming as the application we did on our own. Steven was forthright, honest and updated us frequently on the progress of our application. Steven also help with life insurance and was able to secure a full fat policy to cover our little family. We would recommend Steven to anyone and the £395 we paid was exceptional value for money!
