Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to try and find the perfect specification and colour I needed.    Fantastic service by the team, we enquired and within an hour we had a quote matching what we had seen online. The application process was very easy, all documents/contracts done online. Communication from the team was first class and they called when they said they would, kept us updated on delivery progress and the car was delivered on time.    From start to finish, my experience with Just Leasing has been absolutely outstanding. I recently leased a vehicle through them, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. A huge thank you to Pete Aston and Andy Thrower, who were both incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. From the initial enquiry to final delivery, everything was clearly explained, and every question I had was answered patiently and promptly. They made the whole leasing process very simple and transparent — no hidden surprises, everything was laid out in clear terms, and the documentation was sent over quickly and efficiently. What I appreciated most was how personal and attentive the service felt — unlike many other leasing companies, this didn’t feel like a “faceless” transaction at all. Pete especially went out of his way to assist with additional queries even after the car had been delivered — helping with things like documents and technical info I needed for setting up the car app, which just shows how committed they are to supporting their customers even after the deal is done. The vehicle itself (a brand new Jaecoo) was delivered in perfect condition, and it’s an absolute dream to drive. Everything arrived exactly as promised, and on time. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and reliable leasing company, I honestly cannot recommend Just Leasing enough. It’s rare to find this level of service these days, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future vehicles. Thank you again, Pete and Andy — you’ve been brilliant!

   I opted to use Just Leasing on the strength of their reviews, and I'm pleased to say that the experience lived up to the info I saw online. I dealt with Andy on the Sales side, and Pete on the delivery side, and both were really quick and clear communicators. This was my first time leasing a car and so I had plenty of questions, some of which were probably pretty basic, but they never made me feel like a pain. The car was delivered yesterday by a super friendly guy, and drives like a dream. Highly recommend using Just Leasing.

   I can not recomment 'Just Leasing' enough. It was my first venture into leasing and I contactacted a few firms to find out about the all electric Kia EV6. Just Leasing gave me the best price for a 3 year quote and it was much lower than the dealership. I initiallly dealt with Andy, who was friendly, professional and very patient with all the questions I had. I found them not to be pushy or give the usual sales pitch, instead it was thorough and personal. Andy took time to find a deal that fitted my requirements and was always around to answer the questions I had. Due to the chip shortage worldwide, the delivery of the car was initially estimated for October. Pete from 'Just Leasing', another lovely and affable guy, who deals with the after sales, delivery etc kept me informed throughout and again, was always willing to answer any of the queries I had. Pete rang me to deliver some good news and inform me the car delivery date has moved forward from Ocober to August. Again it was all dealt with professionaly and efficiently right up to the day the car was delivered to my house. 'Just leasing' has been my one and only point of contact and they have dealt with the dealearship, the finance company and no doubt other agencies in the process. I now have my new car and can't be more pleased with it. Andy and Pete have told me that I can contact them at any time for any queries I may have e.g maintenance, any issues with finance company etc, this is very reassuring. This is the first car that I have leased and I'm so glad I went with 'Just Leasing'. I've had a very profesional, efficient and friendly service. I highly recommend them.

The communication and customer service I received has been second to none especially through this difficult time we live in at the moment.
