   I’ve just completed buying a house. Rachel and Nick at HL went above and beyond to get me through the process. There were always contactable, which took all the stress out of the buying process, especially when we were having problems with the solicitors, Rachel was on the phone to them every day until the issue was sorted. Nick gave the best mortgage advice. I always felt they really tried to do their best and care about their clients. Quite rare. Definitely would recommend.

   Nick has been my financial advisor for two years now and helped me buy my first house and find a new mortgage more recently when my term ended. He is always very happy to help - regardless of what time it is he always texts me back! And always explains every step to me very clearly and is patient when I need further clarification. Rachel has also been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me up to date unprompted and chasing things on my behalf to ensure we completed in time for the deadline.
