I used Full Circle when I had terrible shoulder pain and could barely move my arm. I had no idea how this pain had started. Paul gave me some great information, advice and some simple daily exercise for me to do. This very quickly resolved the pain plus helped to prevent it occurring again. Highly recommend.

I went to Paul at Full Circle because I had tightness, aching and pain in both my shoulders and neck. Paul was very understanding and had a friendly, caring and professional approach. He gave me some physio plus flow-up exercises which were easy to fit into my daily routine. The pain and stiffness has gone now and his self care tips have helped me avoid putting unnecessary strain on the once problematic areas. I would deffinately recommend Full Circle.
