I visited this bus stop with my girlfriend during a vacation in London. The shelter with benches, one of which is uncovered, is located in Richmond Upon Thames, not far from the entrance to Kew Gardens. The name and number of the buses that stop here are written on the sign indicating the location. The timetables for the various buses, including their scheduled stops, are posted on the pole. On the long side of the shelter, which provides shelter on rainy days, there is a map available to organize any transfers to reach your desired destination.
