Me and my boyfriend are first time buyers and had absolutely no clue what we were doing or the process of buying a house but Luke was amazing from the beginning, guided us through everything and really helped and guided us with the whole process! He was always on hand when we needed to get in contact and always explained and spoke us through everything. No matter how silly I thought my questions seemed sometimes! What a fantastic experience! Engaged with Chris and had an MiP back within hours. When it finally came time to progress on my dream house the mortgage was applied for and approved in a week.
