   Wonderful. Representative but totally useless structure of support and management behind him. Complaint raised in early April and after alloted investigation period of 8 weeks nothing was forthcoming. Appalling Customer Service! Now the immediate superior of the nominated. ' investigator ' is trying to avoid meeting me to explain their failings and the stupidity that has been exhibited over the last 10 weeks. FOS and FCA are now on speed dial unless someone in senior management shows their face at a meeting. Beware if you have reason to complain!!! Update: Formal complaint raised with FOS in May. They have accepted it needs investigating but have yet to appoint an investigator, so time goes on. Have noticed another review on Trust Pilot confirming a similar FOS complaint by another client during April. AFH took one month to respond to the review.

   Decided to move from AFH due to their poor fund performance, I had been tracking their performance with robo advisors Nutmeg and Weathify. I also tracked them against Global ETF's from Vanguard and Fidelity. AFH were by a considerable percentage the worst performer. As a side note the global ETF's performed best with the lowest fees. On the subject of fees, most financial funds/ETF's etc report their returns after fees. In AFH's case, they are reported before fees are removed, so this effectively makes their numbers/returns looked better than they really are, this I feel is a little underhand but I guess they do it as they know they are not performing well. Due to this I decided to transfer out, I won't go into the full details, apart from I had to continually chase, it was slow and is still on going. I will update on my complaint process with them once competed.

   I have just had a meeting with AFH wealth management in particular Mark Sutton and it was like somebody taking the fog away from what to do with my pension, it was defined benefit pension that I’ve been sitting there and as I understood it not doing very well. After talking to Mark I now understand that it is best for me to leave it where it is. He also giving me advice on Several other pensions I have lying around not do very much. It has been like a breath of fresh air getting this sorted out, thank you very much indeed D Latts
