    Ordered a PS4 console from this store, what I received was very different to the consoler in the listing picture! What arrived was filthy dirty, nothing like the good clean condition of the console in the listing picture! A UNOFICIAL red controller sent instead of a black official SONY controller as originally advertised! The power button has snapped off the console itself, so you can only turn it on by the controller again completely different to what was advertised! Of course the store will blame the courier for damage but this is clearly not the case. Absolutely disgusted with your store.

    Fast, friendly service. Gave me more for my phone than the recycling websites. Always trade my phones in here when I upgrade them, never have any issues. Decent selection of games, DVDs and electronics.

    I like using the York Road Cash Converters they have always treated with respect and help me out with money selling or buybacks and part exchanges, I wouldn't go of the other low rate reviews as I think thats alot of people asking for silly money for items with low value, (Talk to the lads with respect and you get respect back ) and I think the complaints are just trying to hinder the company, my review is that its really good place deal with, Always deals to be found there!     Don’t care what the reviews say the staff are great in this store especially Paul and Fiona. Negative people are probably very sour about not being able to get there own way, I personally have witnessed a man making threats towards staff who wouldn't give him £90 for a phone you can buy in Argos for £70. Keep up the good work guys
