We had a poor experience with this firm. Accounts were always late and rushed and there were mistakes. Communication was always difficult which is why we chose to leave. When we left they had charged for services that were never provided and never refunded. Staff relations in the company appear strained. Steer clear.
I have been with TLC since they first set up and have always been very happy with the service the team provides. The constant stream of info and advice during the Coronavirus pandemic has been very welcome, helping small businesses like myself navigate my way around all the benefits, furlough schemes and loans.
