    Shocking con artist type outfit. I was a retailer offering 0% finance for customers through divido finance. They e mailed on 20th dec 2019 to say they are terminating services, continued to take out jan, feb and March payment. E mailed them so many times and spoke to them so many times from jan onwards. No choice but to get the Financial conduct authority involved. Just beware of dealing with these guys!!

    very poor service from divido was a customer of them for over a year. Early December I was informed by Divido that they have terminated our agreement. they proceeded to take payment out for Jan, Feb and March. I e-mailed Divido in Jan to mention they have terminated our agreement but are still taking payment for services. I was informed they would refund any payments they should not have taken out after the agreement was terminated (only Jan up to that point) this was apparently passed to the payment team and they would "stop any further direct debits" here we are in March with another payment taken out. E-mailed again today. sorry but this is shockingly bad for such a big finance company!! its an easy fix to cancel direct debits and refund any sums you have taken. all on e mail and in writing. this is going to FSA! very poor from divido

    As a retailer be very careful using Divido as a credit provider. They approached us, worked with us for 2 years, and then changed strategy and dropped us like a stone....and in the wind down period we got a much higher occurrence of failed credit applications, which was damaging for the business and brand. Once this review was posted, they then came back and a dialogue started to reimburse us for our loss, but I now believe this was just a delaying tactic to stop me posting this review to other platforms.

    Avoid. Very poor service. Own a house, have an excellent credit score and run a business in profit yet I couldn't get finance on a £37 a month purchase through a welding supplier. Unable to provide a reason why it was declined just point blank refused any finance options
