   Fantastic expiriance from start to finish.............Highly reccomended! I was looking to purchase a 4 series Gran Coupe as a retirement gift to myself but had visited a few dealerships and test drove a few, recieving mixed experiances. I posted on a third party app through AutoTrader & was promptly contacted by Jay from Sandak BMW Wakefield. He told me he had a vehicle that suited my requirements & promptly forwarded me a personalised presentation of the vehicle. I arranged to view the vehicle but was unable to view as arranged & visited a day early. I recieved a warm welcome at the dealership & was made welcome with drinks while we waited. As it was Jays day off Harris assisted me in his abscense, the vehicle was presented to me in a very proffesional & informative manner, there was no pressure or hard sell of either the vehicle or additional add on services ......I was just made to feel very welome & at ease. I must say this was a breath of fresh air after previous experiances at dealerships. As a result of both Jay & Harris's I was very pleased to make this special purchase from their dealership. The whole experiance was pleasurable & stress free from start to finish! I cannot express enough what a credit these two employees are to the business, their proffesional, knowledgable, helpfull & welcoming personalities were a big reason in me deciding to purchase from Sandal BMW Wakefield over other BMW dealerships. They also both went the extra mile on the day of collection to make the day a memorable one. I will definately be contacting them again when I change my vehicle in the future & have no hesitation whatsoever in reccomending them to family & friends.................Once again Many thanks to both Jay & Harris for all their help in making my purchase a memorable one & I wish you both all the success they deserve in the future!
