   Horrendous experience, my pension is with the Legal Services commission and due to moving house my pension was stopped as I didn't inform them. Despite sending in repeatedly their requirements for reinstatement, 5 months later I still have not had my pension payments and no correspondence from them in spite of my request to do so.    I am a financial adviser dealing with Hymans for one of my clients. I have dealt with inumerable scheme administrators over the years and this current case I am dealing with where Hymans are the proverbial gatekeeprs has been the most frustrating one I have ever had to do in over 10 years in the industry. Truly incomprehensibly poor levels of service and incompetence that have unquestionably led to genuine and significant financial losses suffered by my client.

   Would leave zero stars if I could. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are administering 2 of my private pensions and have been chasing them for over 3 months now. An official complaint raised and response at the beginning of July was results should be available by the end of August. Seriously, poor service investigation takes 2 months. Their T & C's state their service levels are in agreement with pension trustees, really !!! Haven't set the bar very high have you. Avoid this company at all costs if you can, unfortunately I had no say in the matter.

   Possibly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with . I would leave a minus score if i could . 5 months to transfer a pension , still not done . They don't reply to calls or emails. When you eventually get someone to answer they flat out lie and stall. This company needs looking into by some regulator ! Update ; promised my money would transfered on a specific date ! Lied to again . Phoned to ask why . Nobody available to deal with issue. This company are horrendous !

   Contacted on Dec 19th requesting a quote for retiring on 31st January 2023 to exploit a great opportunity. A phone call admitted they had received my request and were working on it. Since then NOTHING despite dozens of calls and emails. It was my birthday yesterday and they ruined my opportunity with their hopelessness. I am horrified that this dreadful, incompetent company is responsible for a large pile of MY money and I have no say in it. ** Following this review, a customer resolution agent, the excellent Radha Honeysett got involved and expedited my pension request. This finally happened today. She was excellent, but the response of Humans Robinson prior to her involvement was atrocious. Rating changed to three stars reflecting the fact of Radhas involvement finally achieving my request. **

   Baring in mind the company got in touch with us, not the other way round. I have been trying to sort out my Mums deceased partners pension for nearly a year now. It is a stressful time sorting everything else without Hymans Robertsons co. adding to it. When one reads all the jargon of what the Co. stands for, it's a joke. Nothing is followed up. Everytime l phone one just feels fobbed off. Then another week, month goes by. My Mum is 92 need l say more.

   Absolutely horrendous service. I am an IFA and have been in the industry for 45 years. Got to be in my top 3 for worst service. Been chasing them since September with no replies to e-mails and don't pick up phone. Dealing with a widows pension for a client and causing so much stress.

   After reading some of the other reviews I can see that this is common practice for this company. PLEASE believe what you are reading cause they ain’t lying! Calls go unanswered and emails too. I received a letter from them back in maying saying they had sent a letter in April (I NEVER received this) regarding my deceased fathers pension. In July they stated that they had now received all paperwork required and I was told by phone that it takes roughly like two weeks for them to process everything once they get in touch with the trustees. Again they received the paperwork in July and it is now SEPTEMBER and I am still sat here waiting! Complete and utter joke. Apparently a chaser was sent out to see what was happening with my payment but this was said a few weeks ago now and still nothing! Taking the best part of two months to sort out a very low payment is ridiculous! And yes I have also now emailed both the email address that were given in the responses to the other reviews from the company. Update: so I received a letter in September saying that someone would get back to me a month later on the 15th October (which was a Saturday so they weren’t open) and during this time they would conduct an investigation. I then emailed on the 17th October to see if there was any updates only to get an automated reply saying that the person conducting my investigation is on annual leave and will be back next week. You can’t actually make this stuff up. This has been going on since July when they received all my paperwork. I’ll be making sure to continue updating as this progresses.

   Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences I have had to endure. Emails were unanswered, having to chase up continually. I sent documents by Special post to which they said some of the contents were missing! After a conciderable delay, I was told five days ago that my first pension payment would be paid into my bank within three days, five days later I have just been told that it will now be the early part of next week! Also, some of the telephone conversations, not all of them, but some gave me the impression that they were going through the motions and not really interested! Really dissapointed with Hymans Robertson and I feel urged to let it be known.
