Great organisation helping keep older retired/semi-retired people busy and active . This u3a has many interest groups and have a website you can browse before deciding to join or not. There is a yearly membership, currently £15, and a nominal charge per meeting which is £1.50 to £2.00 depending on the group. This usually includes a cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit as well as the meeting itself.
