Bought a iPhone from the castleford branch with 6 months guarantee the phone stopped working so returned to shop with it and a photo of receipt,was told need to see paper receipt and we’re very unhelpful.took phone to apple shop did full diagnosis and was told phone had been blocked,tried different nextworks still not working so left with a phone that is unusable as someone has not paid there contact and it was a unlocked phone that should had been contract free …..avoid buying phones ect from here as they could be blocked at anytime
Recently had an issue with an item I had on buy back within the Castleford store, I had some dates mixed up which left me panicking. A member of staff named Kieran was a huge help and I was able to resolve the issue. Not only did he have great manners but all the staff in general are absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be using this service again! Thanks to all of you especially Kieran!
I am having a good experience with this store The staff is educated, Respectful and innocent. I have purchased something online I just don’t like it . There is no trouble returning them . I would highly recommend.
