   Been with them for 2 years and I always owe the tax man in all my life i have always had something back ill be avoiding this place for nxt Year I would avoid this place like the plague worst experience ever never seen the owner probably in hiding if your expecting a return good luck my experience with them was full of stress made me feel like I was a pest to get answers

   Bad attitude and horrible laughing at people accents I was looking for an accountant for my business and one of the girl picked up the phone make a laugh because of my accent cant say the word “accountant” The question is how do you do your business laughing at customer accents? Is this kind of racism or something or it is because your accent is better than others? i thought it’s 2024 no more people make fun of other people accents. How low it is good thing they show me no respect at first so I don’t have to do a business with them. Good luck and don’t recommend at all. This kind of people need to get sorted

   horrendous experience. seems like the accountant is very limited in terms of accounting background. more talk and less work in my experience. totally messed up my accounts and now its eventually on the amend by another local accountant ie. should i be VAT exempt or not . I sent proof that i should not be paying VAT due to nature of business but she refused to believe this but in actual I am exempt. She had me doing more work trying to find out if i was doing right or wrong. My PAYE was totally messed up and when i questioned it they refused to take anything on board. Just using basic common sense showed that I was paying too much PAYE. eventually they sacked me for the most shocking reason and that being i was sending them too many emails. i have the full right to question what is going on and at no surprise to me, HMRC confirmed that the PAYE was done wrong by this accountant. so i was right all along. You're better off teaching yourself accounting rather than using this firm or simply look elsewhere as they're simply not competent and you'll end up paying more than you should be - shocking!!
