It is a criminal offence to ignore a person's request to stop calling, and businesses must follow rules regarding the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and consumer rights. I dont know who Elaine Roberts is or how you got my phone number.
Has a number generator where even if you block their number they can still call you. The person who I spoke with I asked to take me off the calling list then said “no” and put the phone down on me.
IMPORTANT: I can confirm that the organisation Debt Relief Solutions has been subjected to illegal impersonation where a third party has been making calls to the general public without their knowledge. This has been reported to Action Fraud (Cybercrime Div) and if anyone else is receiving calls, I would suggest they do the same and also review their own online security as their details must be readily available online somewhere. Please do not leave negative reviews based on incorrect information.
Over and over again I ask them not to call me and they say they won’t yet they still continue to do so no matter how much time passes
