    if i could give lower than 1 star i would. SHOCKING company do not waste your time! i received a £550 fine for sandra not completing my tax return on time even though i sent all my documents over 3 months before it needed to be submitted. she would never return my emails / phone calls and just completely screwed me over and tried to blame it on HMRC. i will be taking her to court if she does not reimburse me !

    Sandra has been the worst person to deal with ever, she never responds to your queries and she got us a fine when we had displayed many occasions concern that she'd be late 10 mths prior to. She has a duty of care to her clients yet displays absolute contempt by not responding to us as a business. So unprofessional...We are reporting her if we get no satisfactory response on this my last resort
