I reached out to NLM Psychiatry. The assistant was very helpful and clear to start with. The psychiatrist is a great listener and genuine nice guy. You won’t be disappointed in the initial assessment. Afterwards. It was literally like getting blood from a stone. Very poor communication and unprofessional. Thanks again.
The secretary and doctor were kind and understanding. However my appointment was in January and by April, after 3 months, I had not received the letter I required to begin therapy. I had called multiple times and wrote emails, I also got in touch through SMS many times, and I was told that the doctor is busy. In April, I was told I would receive it by the end of the evening but I did not receive it until days later. I do not understand how long it could take to write a short letter when the urgency of it was made clear. Timely communication including follow-up is incredibly important for patient care. For me personally this prolonged uncertainty left me feeling distressed and vulnerable.
Dr Maciej Danilewicz has been a great help to me, when I first saw him I was in need of help which he done this in a professional manner. Very welcoming, kind and listens when I needed it. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Dr and Maggie both work well together, providing a great service. One year down the line and feel much better thanks to them. Would highly recommend. Follow up appointments and calls are always available, Dr rings to check how you are getting on after 3/4 weeks after appointments which make you feel like you are getting well looked after! Thanks again for your help and great service.
Both Dr Danilewicz and his assistant Maggie were so kind and understanding. We were dealt with in a professional and empathetic manner. My daughter received a thorough assessment and diagnosis which is life changing. Medication was recommended and we are very grateful for the support we received which went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you.
I had a fantastic experience at Teleclinic. When I saw Dr Danilewicz and explained my condition and concerns about medication, I felt so listened to and understood. I received a check up phone call and an extra one four weeks later, to check on how I was doing with my new medication. Felt really looked after and the outcome of my appointment has been absolutely amazing. I would recommend their services.
