It's a hard decision when trusting someone to do your child's autism assessment, but you are in very safe hands with Veritas. The whole process was stress free and easy to navigate. When we were told the waiting list for an assessment was going to be 2 years on the NHS we started researching companies to do private assessments. Having found and read about Veritas we felt comfortable going with them and that the report would be acknowledged by school and other institutions. Throughout the whole process Veritas were fantastic. They were prompt in their communications and explained what the steps were clearly along with timelines. I think overall the process took about 4 weeks and we were well looked after throughout.
From the initial point of contact all the way to our feedback appointment at the end of the process, every member of staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive. The entire Veritas team have answered any questions we've had incredibly quickly and the members who carried out our assessments were incredibly knowledgeable and helped us get the diagnosis we need for our son. Fantastic! The best decision we made to go with Veritas for my daughter’s autism assessment. All of the members of staff we dealt with were so helpful, understanding and great with my daughter. They were accommodating for my daughter to have a face to face appointment for her part of the assessment. Very fast turn around for the outcome. We had the results within 3 weeks of me contacting them for an assessment. If you are considering going private for yourself or your child I highly recommend you go to veritas. What can I say? Veritas are brilliant. Very professional, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Initially, we were sceptical, as no one could recommend a company to assess our son privately, so we had to rely on the excellent Google reviews that Veritas had received. They really put our minds at ease about this and were very reassuring. They informed us about the process of assessment, gave us a lot of support and were exceptionally thorough in their final report. I highly recommend them.
Great service! Veritas were speedy and very friendly, after contacting them I got my diagnosis results after only a few weeks. Someone I knew had to wait more than two years on the NHS, so I would definitely recommend these guys! The staff were also accommodating and helpful at explaining what different parts of the diagnosis meant.
Veritas were honesty amazing. A diagnosis process is never easy or pleasant but I didn't feel that at this clinic. Three words: Quick, responsive and inspiration. They really take client care at the centre of what they do. Fron the first moment I reached out they were very supportive to the moment I got my diagnosis. The report and diagnosis process was thorough, the clinicians were professional and insightful and the admin were there every step of the way. I could not recommend them anymore. I wish that more places were as great as them!
Veritas provided an Autism assessment for my 3yr old daughter. From the very beginning they were professional, friendly and very understanding. Everything was done in a timely manner- from first contact to feedback the whole process only took around 5 weeks with every step fully explained. They made what could be a distressing process, simple and straightforward and were great in not only making sure my daughters needs were met but also ours and offered lots of reassurance and support.
An excellent service from start to finish. Excellent communication from main contact, efficient and process started very quickly. The psychologist and nurses were very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the field of adult autism. As an adult female, I knew I masked a lot but the team were great at identifying my masking strategies during the assessment process. I received an extremely detailed report, along with emails and an online call to discuss the report. I will also receive a summary report to take to work and share with relevant people. I would 100% recommend Veritas. It has helped me to understand myself better.
