Not too impressed with this shop. You drive all the way over to find they don't have what you want. You order it, and it comes broken and not offered a replacement.
The store itself is great, and the vet along with one of the receptionists were both very friendly and professional. However, unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience with another receptionist during my visit on 10/11/25 at 10:30am, when I brought my puppy in for his second vaccinations. The lady at the vet desk was extremely unfriendly and rude, which made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s a real shame, as everyone else was lovely, but that experience has defintiely put me off returning. I only ever leave good reviews as I'm not one for writing bad reviews but it bothered me so much I feel compelled to.
Great selection of treats, toys and accessories for my dog! Staff are always happy and friendly in here. The parking is great and the vets inside are good too!
Pets at Home care centre with ample accessibility and free car parking, Located next to a popular dog walking spot along the Oak Beck. Great to wander around the in-store Pet Village, do some shopping in-store, click and collect and/or visiting the local family owned Vets4Pets.

A massive Thankyou to the lady in pets at home groom room. I brought my 6mth old German shepherd puppy Amos for his first ever groom. What a fantastic lady she is, and Amos loved her. Amos smells and looks amazing. Will be definitely calling again.
Love this store, I always use this store for animals products, which they have wide range whether it's pets accessories, pets beds, cat scratchers, medical products or pet food this store has many many items to choose from. Good range of pets from hamsters, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, snakes, lizards...the staff are amazing very kind and helpful, always there to help if you require advice whether it's pet advice of advice on the best food for you pets they were always on hand to help!.. 100% recommended.
