I cannot recommend Rupert enough! I’ve trained with him for a little over 2 years. I trained in ballet professionally all my life until getting major injuries in my late teens and early 20s that stopped my career. I had to give ballet up and never thought I’d perform again. 15 years later, well into my 30s, I felt i wanted to try and started working with Rupert. I credit Rupert to helping injury-prone me to returning to classical ballet, explosive jumping, and pointe work. I truly was able to jump better than EVER, even my teens, thanks to his training! He also helped me return from an injury I sustained. And our training was fully remote! (I live in the US.) I was able to return to full classical ballet shape and performed on pointe for the first time in 15 years. I am so grateful for Rupert’s immense expertise, science-backed training, and amazing results. He has so much ballet and science knowledge. Training felt slow and hard at times but it works with consistency so don’t give up! :-D Rupert is an amazing coach!

Rupert is so knowledgeable, encouraging and experienced. Rupert has helped me through the toughest injury. Both mentally and physically. I can’t recommend him enough, he has also treated my students. We are all in his debt for all his help and care. Thanks Rupert!

Rupert really knows his stuff and offers high quality strength training and rehabilitation programmes. I have injured my back and before seeing Rupert, I spent a long time seeing different specialists here and there but found that I wasn’t getting any better. I have now been with Rupert for six months, I’m already feeling much stronger and back to dancing again! He is super supportive, friendly and really cares about each and everyone of his clients. I have really noticed my confidence in my abilities grow since seeing him too.
