   Rude staff. As a student I was having issues trying to buy a membership. When in to ask why I was struggling and was simply told “No one else is having an issues, come back tomorrow” despite my friend next to me having to exact issue. This was from a manager too who the staff member went to get. Not going to bother getting my membership now and will go elsewhere.

   Took my two year old and 6 year old to swim refused entry due to health and safety !due to the fact one adult to two kids is not sufficient apparently ! I would have thought im more than capital of watching my kids in the water me swimming with them and not needing another adult with me ! done a okay job up until now raising them have to have another adult with me ?! I explained I’m a single mum and I felt stigmatised for that ! But still sent away !!!
