   First time getting our UK tax done after moving from Australia. After explaining our situation on the phone and yet again in several emails later, it took 3 months to complete our tax and it was still left to the very last minute. Very poor communication, cryptic emails and the impression that she was just too busy to provide a quality service. Her excuse was that she had too many client deadlines and she got it wrong and had to redo it. If you do not have the resources to cope with the workload then perhaps do not take on the work, causing your clients stress and leaving them questioning whether it has been done correctly. Very disappointing.
