Despite providing all required information on behalf of our directors, this firm has: Deliberately obstructed the transfer of our accounts Caused significant business disruption Failed to meet filing deadlines Added hidden charges without notice Been unable to manage their workload effectively When confronted with issues, Robby attempts to deflect responsibility. All four directors consistently fail to take accountability for errors. There appears to be a concerning network of local accountants protecting each other's interests rather than serving their clients. Based on our experience, we strongly advise caution - your business interests are not their priority. We are pursuing all available channels to address their misconduct and believe this firm requires formal investigation. Avoid if you want timely, professional accounting services.
extremely poor service from my own experience. very amateur and backwards thinking. i have now left them due to them putting me behind and we're still processing 2020 VAT returns and thus has caused me many complications. poor to no advice given whatsoever. false promises. i would not recommend
