    No response on cancelling subscription, very poor.

    Incredibly poor communication. Emailed providing 4 weeks notice to cancel our daughter's place. We were not contacted to confirm cancellation and subsequently charged for the next month. We sent 4 emails and left and answerphone message requesting a refund and confirmation of cancellation and unbelievably, we were again charged for the second month in a row. We have had to challenge through the bank on both occasions and got a refund through the bank but am anticipating being charged again, despite calling their head office as well. Don't even have the decency to respond to our emails.

    Leanne is fantastic. My little boy loves his lessons with her. She is so lovely and treats the children really well. She has the patient of a saint. I am so glad we chose to come to soccer stars. My little broke his wrist late late year and after chatting to Scott he suspended the member ship for us no problem at all! Thank you soccer stars
