Terrible communication. I have still been trying to get a matter resolved with them for over 3 years, which should have really only taken a couple of months. Avoid at all costs!
Our experience was a fiasco. Failed to communicate from start to finish, failed to submit accounts on time, failed to inform us we would get a late penalty fee. Resulted in companies house notice to strike off. Then failed to provide professional clearance to our new accountant when requested. Director Chris Humphreys was unapologetic, argumentative and flippant.
I've used this company to prepare my business accounts for 12 years. This year they have had to complete a capital gains tax return on the sale of my premises. They have worked hard on my behalf and have kept me informed at every stage I thoroughly recommend them for their professionalism.
