    Avoid at all costs never filed returns ignored calls and emails never turns up for appointments. Makes lame excuses. Doesn't return calls and won't hand back accounts for me to sort elsewhere.

    A very poor service, never put in any of our tax returns on time, resulting in numerous penalty notices from HRMC, ignored practically all correspondence, never returned phone calls and did nothing to assist us when we transferred to a professional accountant who had to redo our last 3 years of accounts. I'm only sorry that we didn't change years before.
